The intense itinerary of meetings across Kuwait, Oman, Dubai and Abu Dhabi over three days required the use of a private jet in order to effectively accomplish this busy schedule.
The effective use and efficiency levels of private aviation FBOs made this nonstop programme possible however, Covid-19 protocols still played their part in maintaining continuity of momentum across the borders of these three GCC countries. Current restrictions still required preparations prior to arriving in the Middle East as well as fast track PCR tests in country to gain entry into certain high level meetings. The coordination of transportation and concierge services across all four destinations required constant real time coordination, mainly on WhatsApp, in order to maintain precise timings at both destination airports (FBOs) and venue pickups and drop-offs. The smart use of private aviation and the engagement of CGT services contributed to the success of this demanding itinerary.
