CGT, in cooperation with Transguard Dubai, headed up Executive Protection services for David M. Friedman, U.S. Ambassador to Israel (in office 2017 – 2021), during his visit to Dubai and Abu Dhabi to meet with UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.
This low-profile trip spanned several key locations across the UAE, including visits to the holocaust museum and a meeting with members of the Jewish community in Dubai, the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, a variety of private meetings, as well as an audience with his Highness Abdullah bin Zayed.
The CGT team was not only responsible for the Ambassador and his wife, but also a small delegation of support staff. Assistance and guidance through the UAE’s pandemic protocols became an integral part of the security team’s duties throughout the visit.
